Pilot program: Helping out towards development
Fundacion PANIAMOR, the community of Santa Ana and professionals
from different areas have implemented a project addressed to
adolescents from the ages of 15 to 17. The project should assist the
adolescents while developing their skills and while gaining technical
expertise questioned in working-life. By becoming aware of their
abilities the adolescents will become more self assured and will be
enabled to make use of their specific working skills. This process
takes place during internships in different working areas.
The
aim of the project is to show the adolescents that there is a variety
of opportunities for them to find a job in the labor sector and finally
that they are able to change the prospects of their own future.
